QUALITY POLICY

We are committed to delivering outstanding quality, so in 2009 we adopted the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, followed by the MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015 environmental quality management system, also in 2022 the MSZ EN ISO 45001:2018 standard, with which we established the occupational health and safety management system.

We regularly observe and analyse the quality characteristics of our performance and the processes that influence our clients’ sensitivity to quality.

The Managing Director is responsible for the business compliance of our quality management system, while an external auditing firm and our internal quality control inspector are responsible for its quality compliance.

We have been included in the register of the Constitution Protection Office, which allows us to participate in procurement procedures under Act XXX of 2016 on Defence and Security Procurement.

Our company successfully achieved the “Digitally Prepared Enterprise” certification under the Modern Enterprise Programme and successfully completed the “Digitalisation of the Construction Industry” module in 2024.

Quality, environmental and occupational health and safety policy of BAUSZER Kft.

Our fundamental goal is to earn and retain the trust of our Clients in our construction general contracting projects and to build a stable and mutually beneficial partnership.

To achieve this:

1. We operate a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of MSZ EN ISO 9001:2015, an environmental management system in accordance with MSZ EN ISO 14001:2015 and an occupational health and safety management system in accordance with MSZ EN ISO 45001:2018, which guarantees our customers that the quality and reliability of our services meet all relevant requirements and expectations.
2. We are committed to continuously improving our integrated management system to meet the needs of our customers.
3. We are committed to complying with environmental legislation and regulations, preventing pollution and reducing our impact on the environment. We attach great importance to the use of new environmentally friendly technologies, installation methods and materials with a lower environmental impact.
4. We are committed to providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injury and ill health. Our long-term goal is to reduce the incidence of workplace accidents, or the potential for quasi-accidents, to zero. To this end, we pay particular attention to compliance with the current environmental law. We consider it important to regularly consult our employees on the implementation of safe and healthy working conditions, working with them to eliminate hazards and reduce OSH risks.
5. Each member of our team is responsible for the quality of their own work, and we all strive to ensure the current and future satisfaction of our customers through the on-time delivery of both high-quality and environmentally impeccable work.
6. We emphasise the importance of fast and accurate execution of the project, the orderly storage of materials on site and the proper collection of waste.
7. We strive to build mutually beneficial relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers and expect our needs to be met to the highest standards. To protect the environment, we communicate our expectations regarding the environmental aspects of their work. We also expect our subcontractors and suppliers to work in a safe and healthy manner and ensure they are aware of these expectations.
8. We give priority to improving and developing the professional skills of our employees, as well as to enhancing their approach to the conscious and full implementation of this policy. We place great emphasis on the training of our employees in environmental management and occupational health and safety.

The BAUSZER Kft. policy has been approved by the Managing Director. All employees are familiar with it and consider it binding for their work.
