Being decent is bad for business. But there are a few crazy individuals who choose to be decent despite the social penalties.

Bauszer Kft. has been continuously present on the domestic and partly foreign construction market since 1989, currently undertaking general construction works all over the country, and also specialising in reinforced concrete works, all this under the direct daily management and ownership of a local private individual.
Our scope covers both structural architecture and civil engineering.
Most of the projects we have completed have been carried out under special conditions, with increased accuracy and quality requirements.
We are especially skilled in organising the logistics of any kind of work in the country or abroad. We organise larger-scale projects through a project company or on a project basis, both in terms of financing and the necessary material and human resources. The constant development of a regulatory and integrated management and information structure appropriate to the scale of the project is our main priority, and as our activities expand, we are developing our group towards a holding structure.
We have both internal and external resources, including equipment, financial, and logistical capabilities, to carry out construction projects.
In recent years, we have participated in several tenders, which has allowed us to significantly improve and expand our machinery. We now have our own tower crane with a 25-meter height and boom extension, approximately 2,000 m² of formwork, and about 2,000 m² of scaffolding. Additionally, we have acquired several other machines, including lifting equipment, lifts, rotary excavators, forklifts, and vibro-rollers. We also possess a variety of small tools necessary for everyday work, such as hand scaffolding, concrete mixers, small machines, brick cutters, automatic iron bending machines (up to 32mm diameter), vibrators, vibratory plates, and power hand tools.
The number of employees under my coordination is around 600, of which 50 are my own staff.
We have an established and well-organized network of material suppliers, as we purchase an increasing amount of materials each year. We buy concrete in bulk nationally and purchase reinforcing bars in truckloads, some of which we process ourselves.
We have direct permanent cooperation contracts with large material distributors or, in some cases, with manufacturers. These relationships provide both a financially predictable background and a relatively low level of purchasing prices.
We have implemented and operate an independently audited MSZ EN ISO 9001 and MSZ EN ISO 14001 environmental quality management system and ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system.
We carry out our projects in an environmentally responsible manner. We ensure careful planning, registration, separate storage, and proper transport and disposal of the waste we generate. We pay special attention to preserving the flora and fauna of the construction site, including their possible relocation or replacement, either on site or elsewhere if necessary. Additionally, we conduct thorough investigations for any archaeological finds that may be discovered on site, and if required, we work under permanent archaeological supervision.
We regularly bid for public procurement contracts, and we are familiar with the accounting system and documentation for these tenders, which are usually combined with grants.
We have extensive business relations with the Szeged branch of MKB Zrt. Since our foundation on 25.09.1989, we have never queued at any bank.
Since 10.02.2009, our company has been among the first to be included in the APEH’s “Database of taxpayers with no public debt”. Our receivables have been secured for years by the credit insurance group EULER HERMES EUROPE S.A.
The owner’s constant personal involvement enables extremely fast tendering and execution, as well as the efficient operation of the decision-making system. Last year, we successfully implemented a unified corporate governance system as part of an EU tender.
As our company grows, the demand for information within the organization increases, making it inevitable to improve our information and management systems.
Our main goal is to grow our business further in the near future and to fully serve the emerging investment needs.
